For orders purchased on kamikoto.com, returns and exchanges will apply only to items in their original packaging, in new condition and with proof of purchase.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

Kamikoto wants you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we are here to help. Please contact us at support@kamikoto.com.

Please allow up to 2-3 days for us to process your request.

We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s). We will refund the amount to the credit card used for the purchase.

You have 30 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

You have 90 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate an exchange of the same item(s).

When you place an order on kamikoto.com, we act quickly to process your order right away. If you would like to change an item, change your shipping address, or cancel an entire order please contact us as soon as possible at support@kamikoto.com.

If you would like the add new items to your order please place a new order at kamikoto.com.
